Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our marine equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Boat covers and biminis that have been installed or used
- Paddles with signs of wear
- Any customized or specially ordered items
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Ship to our address using a trackable service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges shipped once return is processed
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and non-refundable customs fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
