Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Boat covers and biminis that have been installed or used
  • Paddles with signs of wear
  • Any items that have been customized or specially ordered

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address (27 Boar Ln, Leeds, GB LS3P 8MD)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label provided (for prepaid returns) or ship to our address using a trackable service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
