Are your products suitable for both freshwater and saltwater use?
Absolutely! All our marine equipment is designed to withstand both freshwater and saltwater conditions. We use corrosion-resistant materials and durable construction to ensure longevity in any aquatic environment.
Do you offer custom-sized boat covers and biminis?
Yes, we provide custom sizing options for our boat covers and biminis. Please note that custom items may require slightly longer processing times (typically an additional 2-3 business days) before dispatch.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting the “Create Account” option. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details, and view your order history.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
For international orders outside the UK, customers may be responsible for additional customs fees or import taxes determined by your local authorities. These charges aren’t included in our shipping costs and will be payable upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
All shipments include tracking numbers that will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to follow your marine gear’s journey to your doorstep (or dock!).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
